Tom recently sold a condo for me in Rostraver Township. It was a difficult situation because the buyer was very inconsistent in what he wanted to do. Tom did a yeoman's job in making the sale happen, and although his fee was a little higher than the run-of-the-mill agent, because of his expertise, it was worth every penny. Although it was pretty rocky along the way, because of Tom the final sale was fair to both me, the seller, and to the buyer. I highly recommend Tom Simon as a realtor.
